The game uses two decks: a day deck with 84 cards featuring ten different mushroom types, as well as baskets, cider, butter, pans, and moons; and a smaller night deck with eight cards representing mushrooms that can be foraged at night. Throughout the game, players must balance collecting mushrooms, selling them for resources like sticks, and cooking them to earn flavor points. Additional ingredients like butter and cider can boost your score even further. But beware of poisonous mushrooms, which can reduce your hand size and limit your options.
